This website is operated by FILER. By visiting filer.store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this website. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Online store use

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use the store or its content for an unlawful purpose, interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, or violate the rights of FILER or another party.

2. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, colours and images accurately. Screen settings, production batches and reasonable manufacturing tolerances may cause differences. Customers are responsible for checking dimensions, connections, installation requirements and local compatibility before installation.

3. Prices and orders

Prices, availability and promotions may change without notice. We may correct errors or reject, limit or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock limitations or shipping restrictions. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Payments

You agree to provide accurate billing, contact and payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping availability, charges, tracking and delivery estimates are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Heavy, oversized, made-to-order and project products may require separate freight confirmation.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty support

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Warranty assistance and replacement parts depend on product eligibility, the nature of the issue and available parts. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

7. Trade and project enquiries

B2B pricing, quantities, lead times, specifications, documentation and shipping arrangements are not confirmed until stated in a separate written quotation or agreement.

8. Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to third-party services, including payment, tracking, maps and social platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the FILER name, branding, website design, text, graphics and other store content are owned by or licensed to us. They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or circumstances outside our reasonable control. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the store or material breach of these terms.

12. Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

13. Governing law

These terms and separate agreements for services are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's jurisdiction.
